All bookings are deposit based only, with deposits being non-refundable / non-transferable. Deposits may alter depending on the service.
We are a fully mobile service, although we may be required to connect to a water and power supply.
Incidents may occur where we may be affected by traffic, acts of others or natural occurrences. If any of these apply to your booking we will rebook you within 14 days of the inconvenience, if not, full refund of the deposit will be issued.
If the interior of the vehicle is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, blood or other, additional charges will apply. All charges will be agreed by both parties upon inspection, prior to work commencing.
Any bookings that are made, that are affected or cannot be completed due to the above terms, may result in a full booking charge being payable.
